At BJ's Raw Pet Food, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unworn fashion items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in resalable condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
